The safety, comfort, and privacy of both our clients and Brief Boys is paramount to us here at Tidy Whities.
The following policies and procedures are in place to ensure everyone is on the same page before, during, and after your booking.

All Brief Boys are vetted with state and federal background checks, and covered by liability insurance.


  • All Brief Boys check in with Daddy upon arrival at their booking, and when they leave.

  • Upon entering, your Brief Boy will ask to see your photo ID per our protocols. They do not capture this information. This is to ensure that the customer who has hired them is the customer who is present. If a photo ID is not presented, or is the ID of a different individual than the one who booked, your Brief Boy will thank you for your time and leave for his own safety.

  • If more than the purchasing customer is present, and this has not been discussed with and approved by Daddy in advance, your Brief Boy will thank you for your time and leave.

  • All first-time customers must book and pay no less than 24 hours in advance.

  • No-touch Policy: Beyond normal social conventions (i.e., a handshake), please keep your hands (and other body parts) to yourself. Inappropriate touching or harassment will lead to your Brief Boy thanking you for your time and leaving, with payment and service forfeit.

  • Please keep all pets properly secured during the course of your booking.

  • Brief Boys will not clean any bio-hazardous materials, or rooms/ items in any hazardous condition.

  • This is not sex work. Not even the wink-wink-nudge-nudge kind. This is fun, flirty, charming, tongue-in-cheek, take-a-peek (or stare, if you want to!), vibrant, light-hearted entertainment in the course of getting a job done well.

Cancellation/ Exchange/ Return

  • Brief Boys strive to be on-time every time. Please allow 10 minutes of wiggle room for your Brief Boys arrival. Anything later than that, and you will receive a text from Daddy.

  • You may request to cancel your service for a full refund up to 72 hours before the date and time you've scheduled. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the scheduled service may be transferred to a different date/time with the same Brief Boy. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service date/time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Customers who harass a Brief Boy during the course of their booking forfeit their payment and service.

Additional Services

  • If after your Brief Boy arrives and during the course of your booking, you decide you want an add-on not previously purchased, or to increase the # of hours your Brief Boy is booked...great! If it's a service/ add-on your Brief Boy offers, and if your Brief Boy agrees to the addition, you must first be invoiced and complete the payment. Please allow your Brief Boy a moment to contact Daddy with the update.

  • If you would like your Brief Boy in a different uniform after his arrival, you may pay the additional relevant fee as above, but please understand if he is not prepared with a variety. You can always book him again!

  • Some Brief Boys offer add-ons unique to them, please feel free to inquire.

  • If you are seeking an add-on not listed, please contact Daddy directly to discuss availability and pricing.

Scheduling a service constitutes agreement to these terms.
